What conditions do you treat?
We treat any type of musculoskeletal pain, including neck, shoulder, elbow, and wrist/hand for upper quarter, as well as low back, hips, knee, and ankle/foot for lower quarter. We treat any type of discomfort or functional restriction that is limiting you from reaching your personal and professional goals.
How do I schedule?
Once you purchase a package, you will receive a scheduling code that allows you to schedule appointments.
Where do I go?
Our facility is located in Colbert, WA. As this is a private setting, the address will be sent upon purchase.
What do I bring to my session?
Please bring a water, a towel, swimwear for Contrast therapy and a freshly washed body.
Can I bring my friend, spouse, or training partner to a session with me?
Yes! We are able to accommodate 2 people who are willing to share the modalities. Please let Morgan know so we can schedule appropriately.
Do I have to be an athlete to participate in the program?
Nope, everybody is welcome who has an open mind and looking to improve their overall health and longevity.
What is the availability for scheduling?
We take appointments all week long. Fridays - Mondays on the hour from 10am to 5pm. Tuesday - Thursday on the hour from 2pm to 5pm.
I’ve never done Contrast Therapy before, what is it like?
Contrast Therapy is a very powerful and humbling experience between hot and cold immersion. Common sensations are sweating, shivering, and feelings of euphoria and elation.
What is manual therapy?
Manual therapy is the process of performing hands-on mobility work by a licensed and certified professional, which targets muscles, nerves, joints, scar tissue and fascia. All working to restore balance and release adhesions.
I’ve never been in a Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber before, what is it like?
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is a passive experience that promotes rest and relaxation. Similar to the feelings of ascending and descending in an airplane, most people only feel temporary pressure in their ears.
What are the contraindications for this type of therapy protocol?
Absolute contraindications for Contrast Therapy include open wounds, unstable angina pectoris, recent myocardial infarction, and severe aortic stenosis.
Absolute contraindications for hyperbaric oxygen therapy is an untreated pneumothorax.
